Note: No ID verification is required for limited deposits/withdrawals for accessing Quadency's Pro & Unlimited plans.
Please follow the instructions below to deposit funds into your Quadency account:
Go to your dashboard, and make sure that under Switch Account on the top left, Quadency or Portfolio is selected, and you'll see the Deposit button below Balance & Allocation charts.
Select the asset you want to deposit. You are able to deposit QUAD, USDC, & USDT.
Under network, choose the network where you want the transaction to happen. Quadency currently only supports the ERC20 network.
Click 'next' and you will see a reminder stating 'Sending crypto to the wrong address will result in lost funds. If you agree, click the 'I understand' button to proceed.
A wallet address will show with its corresponding QR Code.
Once you have sent your deposit, click I'm Done and wait for your deposit to reflect in your account.
