Integrating your Bitget account with Quad Terminal allows for efficient trading and portfolio management. Follow these steps to establish a secure connection:
1. Generate Bitget API Keys
Log In to Bitget
Access your account at bitget.com.
Navigate to API Management
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select "API Keys" from the dropdown menu.
Create a New API Key
Click "+ Create API Key."
Choose "System-generated API key."
Provide a label for your API key in the "Note" field (e.g., "Quad Terminal").
Set a passphrase (API token) and store it securely; it will be required later.
Set API Permissions
Under "Permissions," select "Read-write."
In the "Spot" section, enable "Trade."
Ensure "Withdraw" permissions are not enabled for security reasons.
Security Verification
Complete the security verification process, which may include email and Google Authenticator codes.
Save Your API Credentials
After creation, note down your Access APIKey and SecretKey.
The SecretKey is displayed only once; ensure you store it securely.
2. Configure API Key Restrictions
Set IP Whitelisting (Recommended)
In the API key settings, enable "Link IP address."
Add the IP address: 3.98.106.53.
Confirm and save these settings.
3. Connect to Quad Terminal
Log In to Quad Terminal
Access your account at quadterminal.com.
Navigate to Exchange Connections
Go to the "Settings" or "Account" section.
Select "Exchange Accounts."
Add Bitget Account
Click on "Add Exchange" or "Connect Exchange."
Choose "Bitget" from the list of supported exchanges.
Enter API Credentials
Input the Access APIKey, SecretKey, and Passphrase you obtained from Bitget.
Save or confirm the connection.
4. Verify Connection
Once connected, Quad Terminal will sync with your Bitget account.
You should see your account balance and trading pairs within Quad Terminal.
Test placing a small trade to confirm the integration is working properly.
Your Bitget account is now successfully linked to Quad Terminal, allowing you to trade securely.
